  • How do I buy a pre-owned home?
Following the introduction of new legislation brought in with the Mobile Homes Act 2013, Park Operators are no longer allowed to market, sell, or be involved in the sale of pre-owned homes. The sale of these homes is now dealt with by local Estate Agents. The best way to find any homes up for sale on the Park is through a property comparison website such as Rightmove, Zoopla or Park Home Living. If you require further information in relation to the purchase of a previously owned home please refer to the links on our 'Sales Process' page.
  • Why live in a mobile home park?
Living on a mobile home park combines all the benefits of traditional home ownership without the headache of managing utilities, upkeep of landscaping and high council tax. For many people, moving into a mobile home affords them an opportunity to release equity from their home whilst downsizing into a comfortable, easily maintained and surprisingly spacious 2 bedroom home to enjoy their retirement. At Elmtrees Park, every home has dedicated private parking spaces and their own patio gardens. Communal green space centres the grounds and provides a beautiful spot to walk around or catch up with neighbours. Older homes may be upgraded. The plots at Elmtrees Park differ and cater to our residents needs and budgets. Living on our mobile home park means you are within minutes of Marlow high street with all its cafes, bars and restaurants. Being 45minutes from London by car, and hour by train, and having open countryside and the River Thames within reach makes Elmtrees Park a truly idyllic place to live.
  • Can I come and visit Elmtrees Park?
You are most welcome to visit the park and talk with residents. As a small park, turnover of homes is very infrequent, and any properties for sale will appear in local Estate Agents, local press and online.
  • Is there an age restriction for residents?
Elmtrees Park is for residents over 50 years old.
  • Are pets allowed?
Not more than 2 dogs or other small animals. Please see our Park Rules for more information.
